First off: consider this a very strong warning for the violence and themes in this chapter. It's not a pretty chapter, but it's my take on why Anders would get desperate enough to ask Hawke for help on the mage rebellion, whereas up until now he's been pretty adamant about not letting him be involved before.
It's very violent and is easily the most violent thing I've written for the series so if you are squeamish at all, please consider that before clicking through to read.
And secondly, hello! Ongoing family dramas and depression issues are making it hard to stay consistent with my writing, but I'm hoping I've turned a corner with this chapter. We can only hope.

This chapter makes me want to scream, and cry... and chop Alrik into itty bitty pieces. But you did a lovely job with the storytelling as always 
I've let life and personal drama take over for quite some time. I haven't been on much of anything computer related. I'm trying really hard to get back to it. At least to have some contact with people outside of my home and work lol
I've missed everybody on here a lot, and I see every once in a while that you've posted new things on Archive, I need to go on there and get caught up as well.
